Mold Remediation

I could not recommend Tyson highly enough - I have been using him personally and for my clients for many years and everyone is just thrilled with his knowledge and expertise, service and pricing. He can tackle mold problems big and small and does such a great job of explaining the process to his clients. Mold testing and remediation can be nebulous to say the least, but Tyson handles it beautifully every time! I would never use anyone else!

Oh, no! Tell me it's not true! We came home to a flooded, finished basement after a great weekend trip. Water heater had sprung a leak. Now we had soaked carpets, damaged walls, and just a huge wet mess! Well, who are you going to call? We called the great staff at Property Restoration Pros. We had used them once before. Tyson Scragg and his crew of professionals came out that same day and immediately started the clean up and restoration project. They removed the water-soaked carpets, dried out the basement, repaired the damaged walls and restored our beautiful basement to its original state. We could not have been more satisfied with the quality of the work, the care and compassion of the crew, and the more than fair cost of the work they did. I hope this kind of thing never happens to us again, or to anyone else for that matter. But if it ever does, who am I going to call? Well, you know, and it's not the ghostbusters. Property Restoration Pros came and cleaned the ducts when we moved into our new home last year. Their crew meticulously took all the vent covers off and cleaned these, all the ducts and the heat and a/c unit. When they finished, the house felt SO much cleaner! Fast forward about one month later and unfortunately we had a house fire. The first person that came to mind to call was Tyson. After the fire we had soot everywhere, sitting water in the house and basement, and other chemicals and toxins that all needed to be cleaned up. All of our belongings had to be removed and disposed of and the entire house completely gutted. As gut wrenching and heartbreaking as this process was, Tyson and the entire crew at Property Restoration Pros were extremely professional and knew exactly what to do in this situation. They showed up day in and day out, working to get the house down to the studs before the builder could come in and plan the rebuild. He was even able to recommend a builder to put it back together. The entire team was positive, committed to getting the job done right, salvaging what they could and working with insurance to make sure that expenses for our needs to remediate and rebuild were covered. This was not an easy feat. This job took an emotional and physical toll on all of us but post-fire the new house is beautiful and there’s no lingering smell of smoke or signs of a fire. NONE WHATSOEVER. Our family is so grateful for Property Restoration Pros. There’s no telling where in this nightmare we would be without them.

Tyson is a standout among contractors. He explains thoroughly the process of mold remediation and then performs a very professional and flawless job, which in my case involved removal of insulation, eradication of mold, installation of a high quality dehumidifier, placement of a plastic barrier on the floor, filtering the air, and sending samples to an independent laboratory to confirm the elimination of mold. Even after his work is completed, he maintains followup as necessary and is always available. Tyson is extremely friendly and easy to work with. I feel fortunate to have known him and I recommend him without any hesitation.
